Terms of use

These terms govern use of Social by Geeks, a product of Geeks of Cybernet (Toronto). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Social by Geeks helps businesses create, approve, schedule, and publish brand content to connected social destinations. Features depend on the package and add-ons you purchase. Some destinations require provider approval before live publishing works.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials safe. Workspace owners are responsible for members they invite. Demo access is limited and is not a paid subscription.

Billing

Paid packages and add-ons are billed according to the prices shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Until Stripe is configured, test billing may be used only in explicitly marked QA workspaces and never collects real money.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to publish unlawful, misleading, or infringing content, to abuse connected platforms, or to attempt unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or a destination's own rules.

Content

You retain rights to your Brand materials. You grant us a limited licence to process that content so we can generate campaigns, schedule posts, and operate the product.
