Data deletion
Workspace owners can ask Geeks of Cybernet to delete a Social by Geeks account and the Brand content stored for that workspace.
How to request deletion
- Sign in as the workspace owner.
- Email hello@geeksofcybernet.com from the same address with the workspace name.
- We confirm the request, then delete or anonymize stored workspace data.
Facebook can also send an automatic deletion request to /api/oauth/meta/data-deletion. That disconnects Pages and Instagram accounts linked to that Facebook user.
Connected social platforms keep posts already published to those networks. Cancelling a package is not the same as deleting data.
