Social by Geeks is operated by Geeks of Cybernet in Toronto. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account details such as name, email, and workspace membership.
• Brand materials you upload or fetch, including websites, logos, and references.
• Connected social account tokens issued through official OAuth.
• Usage, billing, and operational logs needed to run the product.

How we use it

We use this information to operate Social by Geeks: authentication, Brand DNA, campaign generation, approvals, scheduling, publishing, billing, and support. We do not sell personal information.

Processors

Hosting, email, AI generation, and payment processors act on our instructions. Social networks receive only the content and tokens needed to connect and publish. Card data is handled by Stripe.

Retention

We keep account and workspace data while the workspace is active, then as required for security, billing, and legal obligations. You can request deletion from the data deletion page.
